QUOTE(slowpoker @ Jun 13 2015, 01:38 PM) If you like anime and tactics game, I think you'll like Valkyria Chronicles. VC is about you managing a squad of soldiers against a much more powerful opponent, similar to XCOM along with permanent deaths. It plays like XCOM but in third person view where you can control the movement of your squad in third person mode. |

QUOTE(malakus @ Jun 13 2015, 03:49 PM) yeah, now rooms peaked to 1000 plus. Instant card when enter the room. Lol.. Grey Goo is pretty good if all you after is it's campaign. The campaign is quite well made that will last you 10 hours+ with high quality CG but multiplayer wise, there isnt an active community in Grey Goo. Even for skirmish, it is quite bare bones due to lack of maps. The AI is not bad but they are slow in responding to your units so it isnt really that fun to play for skirmish too.Nothing so far.. Grey Goo is indeed tempting.. But daily deal got 48 hours plus encore.. Must wait.. Havent tried the DLC but they said they add 3 more missions in the DLC. Rm38 for a 10+ campaign isnt that bad. Do put the difficulty on easy if you are not good in RTS, some missions are quite tough in this game. |

QUOTE(malakus @ Jun 14 2015, 10:15 AM) I see. Well usually what I look forward to in rts is the skirmish, not so much in the campaign. I like looking at buildings being built, units moving around such. Oh well, I guess I'll put it on hold. Look around first. Maybe Telltale's GoT and Dbz make it into daily/flash deals. Thanks They added more maps now so maybe its more viable for skirmish. The faction design, IMO, it just isnt as good as Dawn of War, Supreme Commander, Battle Realms, Starcraft or Company of Heroes. The campaign isnt heavily scripted like some other game.It is not a bad game, Rm38 isnt too expensive. |

Is it worth getting Dead or Alive? Apparently it is the easier fighting game to play.

QUOTE(memphiz_zero88 @ Jun 16 2015, 01:16 PM) Online feature is coming end of this month. I head it is easy to learn, unlike other fighting games that I am really hopeless in.And yeah, it's so easy you can bash all the buttons and still win the match DLC only costumes and gravure photo mode I thought of using DOA to learn the bare basics of fighting game. The costumes and gravure isnt that important. |

QUOTE(Savor_Savvy @ Jun 17 2015, 07:33 AM) I won't recommend Assetto Corsa unless you are a racing game fan who wants excellently made driving physics. AC has a really poorly made career mode while multiplayer is quite terrible. The game is essential about driving around the track racing without any psychology hooks like unlocks, gimmicks or virtual cash to keep you playing. It is similar to old racing games like original NFS that is all about you and driving. If you like the idea of driving around a track with a decent mix of cars, then, this game is for you. The game is also very moddable with a decent list of mod cars. AC is a great racing game, more appropriately driving game, I don't think its something for everyone though as a lot of people will find it boring to drive round and round Silverstone without any unlocks or cash. The Crew, I enjoyed the open world driving but the story missions, the grind and the standard Ubisoft towers are a bit of an annoyance. The story missions are obnoxious with forgettable characters and terrible mission design. The grind is pretty awful too if you want to max out all 57 cars as Ubisoft did nerf the pvp payoff. You'll find radio beacons that is similar to other Ubisoft games in the crew where I personally find them annoying. However, the actual racing experience across the vast open world is unmatched in any other game. The open world is massive with plenty of interesting points of interest. Also, the whole idea of turning a sports car into an off road truck is intriguing. The Crew isn't a bad game, it has too many standard Ubisoft tropes in it made it a harder recommendation for me. |
