although i own more than 10 cc but i'm still an ikan bilis. lagi saddening...

no need to compare like that... you see, out of my 10+cc i don't have any cc which i can enter ppl for free. 

I only pay my bills via IBG on the due date by 10.00 a.m. if it is a working day, else the earliest working day.

So far I have no issue and never imposed with late payment charges. Maybank IBG is pretty good.

my case even wore... i schdule maybank saving account pay more than my Amex statement balance also was rejected..

1 weeks later saw kena finance charge and call cs to waive it..

the reason they gave me is i must only can pay the exact amount...

This is a risky method.

Maybank do not allow credit card payment more than existing balance. The schedule payment will fail if the payment amount more than curent balance.

Example, as of 14 Apr, current statement balance is RM1000. The balance will become less after RM50 cash back on 30 Apr and become RM950 if no swipe the card from 14 Apr onward.The schedule payment on 01 May with RM1000 will fail as the current balance RM950 is less than the schedule payment of RM1000.

ooo, this is first time I get this info that actually is the 3 digit at the back of the AMEX card to be used as CVV instead of front 4 digit. I will try it on my next online AMEX transaction.

Even i apply after 6 months, my salary still cant cover my commitment. I belive i will fail also ah.

The problem is, he got his application rejected. So during this 6 months cooling off period, any application including pledge is auto reject by the system.

i think maskedchan is advising him that after 6 months, he doesn't need to worry about his salary will still not enough to get a cc, if by pledging fd.

The other day, I asked the maybank 2 card promoter about utility bills. He said utility bills are not eligible for 5% cash back? Is this true?

Here are the other few items he told me that are not 5% cashback eligible.
a. Government Transaction
b. Insurance
c. Utilities

but utility still 5x tp too right. wonder why they group it together with gov and insurance.

Is it the case that only new Maybank Amex cardholders have this problem? I've been using my Maybank Amex online all this while without any problem. Maybank never block any transaction. I use it on Amazon, Paypal, etc. 

I used to have no issue as well when I was on Gold card, so far my online transactions on Plat also kinda smooth.
Never got blocked before. I haven't tried PayPal on Plat yet.

RHB is very generous with CL.

Imagine 3 years ago, I was giving a total limit of RM 33k for two CCs.

But those cards I got from RHB is just classic and gold level.

i wonder how many person can a cc holder sign for? for both aeon and rhb? just one or can be more? for eg. rhb 4 times used up at one go? or aeon gold 6 times used up at one go? possible?

Let's say it's not for emergency usage, i want apply a temp increase a 500 CL. Is it possible? Anyone encounter this?

I know... but i need the extra 500 for EPP... and EPP doesn't accept CC below the CL, even your CC -10k inside.
  I don't really need that much actually just around 500 more than enough.

Let's said i swipe a RM10k epp with 24 months tenure.
Is it possible for me early settlement for it?
As i know mbb's card cap the CL at the EPP amount even you've paid certain amount of it.
