QUOTE(jayken87 @ Jun 4 2015, 01:38 PM) Yup, should I attach the incentive statement as well? when you fill in the form, write your salary per annum to include 13th salary, but be sure your salary slips can back it up.But 13th month salary being separated into duo months paying method, that makes my March & May payout more than RM5k. Does it help? |

QUOTE(MAC-tronome @ Jun 4 2015, 10:12 PM) Anyone experience this situation before... learn from this mistake. next time if u know the last weekend falls on 31st don't expect the cash back for the same month. some transactions may go thru but big risk there.Made purchase 31-5-2015 (Sunday, weekend entitled 5%), posting date 2-6-2015 Cash rebate transaction date 31-5-2015, posting date 1-6-2015 So the cash rebate was not captured for the purchase. Anything I can do? Thanks. |

QUOTE(victorywp @ Jun 4 2015, 10:43 PM) your situation is normal because the merchant posted it after 2 days. so your cb captured under the month of june and you will get your cb on early july. I only experience this if I buy from US online stores. 1-2 weeks posting delay is common.what i faced was much worse than yours. my transaction was on 25/4 but they only posted it on 15/5. so i received rm45 cb for april and rm50 for may (supposed to be rm55). total lost rm5 due to the merchant late posting. |

QUOTE(leo_kiatez @ Jun 7 2015, 10:17 AM) For maxispay postpaid payment, must the bill payment come from the account holder's credit card itself? Can I use my credit card to pay for others maxispay acc? :-) for maxis pay I don't recall having to key in maxis account number. you can insert multiple phone numbers for payment so yes u can pay for any number. |

QUOTE(waylen1028 @ Jun 7 2015, 06:49 PM) so let say i pay my tmnet using maybank amex on saturday or sunday, the TRANSACTION DATE shown in M2U or statement will definitely on saturday & sunday? or will delay until monday?or i have to pay tmnet bill on friday nite to ensure this transaction eligible for 5% cash rebate? TRANSACTION DATE will always be the same as the date you spend.not clear with the meaning of : 5. 5% Weekend cash back when spend on Maybankard 2 American Express Card capped at RM50 per customer (including Supp Cardmember) per month. Meaning TRANSACTION DATE shown in M2U or statement must be on weekend (Sat/Sun) to get the 5% cash back. POSTING DATE may be delayed for a few days. |
