he even swiped RM300 (max) for 44 times 

Have to give credits to maybank for this promotion.

rumour that one guy won 8k++ in a month by swipe tnb almost everyday...

imaging if he swiping grocery... buy for sister, brother, cousins family and many more relatives family needs... 

not entirely true.

one of my swipe was for dental, swiped at 10:01am

this campaign is so fake..it is just online transaction campaign, fight at 10am..hahaha...those swipe in shopping mall sure all failed..
During this campaign period, you can see this campaign banner in every shop in shopping mall...but i guess none of the transaction in the shop has won any cash back =X

dont tell me you campaign at petrol station swipe exactly at 10 oclock.

Even my online transaction at 10:05 also failed to win..

please help for my first credit card
1. for the 5% rebate,it counts whenever i swipe my card on weekends which is transaction date?

2. what does it mean by all retail? it including utilities, groceries, dining everything?

3. how about online transaction? like utility bills paid online using this card?

4. is american express charging by RM, its like a USD american card.

please help 

It is very difficult as every second is count.

Do you know when the amount is charge to your card? Before start pump petrol or after pump petrol?

If you preset the amount, the transaction might send to host before you start pump.

If you did not preset the amount, the transaction will only send after u pump the petrol as it will only know how much amount u pump.

Also, the petrol station might connect to a gateway before connect to maybank host.
It will have few second delay. How we know how manhy second?

That why I think those ppl win is perform online transaction in Maybank2u which connect to their host.
If the time show in maybank2u shync with maybank host, that is easily can see the time,
But, it is still difficult to hit the 100 ppl as there might have few hundred ppl waiting there and hit the tx on 10:00:00AM.

Can maybank track whether all of this transaction coming from the same merchant? Then you can file a complain.

U are head of me to annouce. For me this is the best CB promo. Got CB from both online(60%) & offline(40%) transactions, mostly done within 1st minute. And I don't have a merchant swiping machine, just a general public. Thank u MBB for few thousand rm angpau, too bad can't withdraw out to spend.

well, the cashback selection is flawed

from the T&Cs, max cashback per customer per day should be capped at RM300, but there are 9 ppl getting >RM300 per day (>1 card). 

Then. They can say same name but different person.

To cover their axx. They could also be some form of manipulation of the results which we never know also.

that's the curious part, why only 9 ppl, not more than that.

whether it's a fluke, error in calculation, or darn lucky ppl 

ya lo.. sigh.. haha my visa now has prepaid credit.. wish it was amex tho.

The figures are small.... but my purchases made on the 31st May, Sunday did not get 5% cash back... Should I persue it, every cent counts??
