It depends if the transaction is posted rather than the transaction date.

i plan to buy thing online next sunday, i check my previous statement normally the posting date will b on next day, so the transaction is show on next statement rite?

Online transaction especially those using foreign payment processor could take few days for the transaction to be posted (processed).

I wonder what's the different between amex cc and m2g amex? Doest it apply the same also get 5% cash back and x5 treat points?

M2Cards have two cards is to let you use Visa/MasterCard when AmEx is not accepted.
