Redeem at midvalley, 1u or menara maybank would be RM 10 = 2500 treat point
For online would be RM 10 = 2700 treat point

So RM1000 would be 250000 points only compare to online require additional 20k points.

But only selected voucher avaialable like aeon, kfc, mcd petronas and aeon big. Parkson not sure.

To clear this clause 36, it is only right when you are doing redemption for items, be it e-mail, call card center by phone or even in card center(like in 1U, Gardens) that require postage.
Redeeming cash vouchers, gift cards(to make it simple, direct redemption) from card center will not be charged GST. On other places, it may subjected to GST.
