QUOTE(internaldisputes @ Apr 4 2016, 11:21 PM) could i just waltz into the umobile centre and ask for a replacement simcard or do i have to go through the whole process of registering again? your celcom line will drop dead if the switchover was successful.. try rebooting your celcom phone..if it's dead, you'll need to crawl over to your nearest umobile centre for a replacement sim This post has been edited by dgboy: Apr 4 2016, 11:42 PM |

QUOTE(river.sand @ Apr 5 2016, 02:57 PM) U Mobile UMI30 is a prepaid plan. Voice calls bundled is 30 min per month. You need to top up to make calls if you don't have any credibility. If I want to make voice calls beyond 30 min, or send SMS, do I need to top up? If so, how much? Under Power prepaid plan, after using up any UMI bundled minutes, calls are 10 sen/min with 30-second block. Except calls to other U numbers will be free, with a maximum quota of 15 mins per day. QUOTE(river.sand @ Apr 5 2016, 03:53 PM) Let's say I activated the account on April 1. You can top up as much as you want according to how many calls you plan to make. However, if you top up less than RM10 on 20 April, it won't extend your credit expiry date. If you can manage it, I would suggest you top up RM50. That will give you 50 days of validity from 20 April, and will cover the auto-renewal of your UMI 30 at the end of April, and leave you with RM20 for calls and sms in the meantime.I am supposed to top up RM30 on May 1, as the validity is 30 days. Let's say on Apr 20 I want to make calls beyond the bundled minutes or send SMS, how much I need to top up |

QUOTE(hitch80 @ Apr 10 2016, 07:09) If I buy Starter pack that going to cost me RM8.50. Then I want to choose for UMI20, I need to purchase them from Umobile App right? What happen if I just simply purchase top up RM20 from Lazada? Will that still be UMI20? You can buy credit top up from anywhere you want. After that you can buy UMI with your handphone using USSD (*118#), sms to 28118 or via the U Mobile app. This post has been edited by dgboy: Apr 10 2016, 07:39 AM |

QUOTE(hitch80 @ Apr 10 2016, 07:47 AM) Ooohh..Let say for example somehow after purchase top up of RM20, then with my new balance of RM32 (RM12+RM20 new top up), I can also simply change to UMI30 too? yesall these UMI is actually optional add-on to the basic prepaid plan and don't forget you'll get free 1gb fast data once you make initial top up of RM10 or more... so you could use up the free data before buying UMI |

QUOTE(hitch80 @ Apr 11 2016, 09:29 PM) What happen if we top up RM30 but never subscribe to any UMI or voice plan? What is call rates like? What is the major difference? Nothing happens except your credit will accumulate if you do not spend it on something else like calls. For Power plan, basic call rate is 10 sen/min with 30-second charging block. And the major difference is RM30 in credit balance. This post has been edited by dgboy: Apr 11 2016, 10:26 PM |

all the Power data quota got different cycle:
free fast 1gb - depend on the date of initial activation with top up of RM10 or more free slow 2gb - calendar month umi/mb - depend on subscription date so basically user can only control umi/mb date usage priority while active: 1gb > umi/mb > 2gb |
