your celcom line will drop dead if the switchover was successful.. try rebooting your celcom phone..

if it's dead, you'll need to crawl over to your nearest umobile centre for a replacement sim

You need to top up to make calls if you don't have any credibility.

Under Power prepaid plan, after using up any UMI bundled minutes, calls are 10 sen/min with 30-second block. Except calls to other U numbers will be free, with a maximum quota of 15 mins per day.

You can top up as much as you want according to how many calls you plan to make. However, if you top up less than RM10 on 20 April, it won't extend your credit expiry date. If you can manage it, I would suggest you top up RM50. That will give you 50 days of validity from 20 April, and will cover the auto-renewal of your UMI 30 at the end of April, and leave you with RM20 for calls and sms in the meantime.

You can buy credit top up from anywhere you want. After that you can buy UMI with your handphone using USSD (*118#), sms to 28118 or via the U Mobile app.

yes

all these UMI is actually optional add-on to the basic prepaid plan

and don't forget you'll get free 1gb fast data once you make initial top up of RM10 or more... so you could use up the free data before buying UMI

Nothing happens except your credit will accumulate if you do not spend it on something else like calls. For Power plan, basic call rate is 10 sen/min with 30-second charging block. And the major difference is RM30 in credit balance.

all the Power data quota got different cycle:

free fast 1gb - depend on the date of initial activation with top up of RM10 or more

free slow 2gb - calendar month

umi/mb - depend on subscription date

so basically user can only control umi/mb date

usage priority while active:

1gb > umi/mb > 2gb

and remember it's only for local calls

it's nothing to do with UMI
