Oh? Why is that so? Like SG, it stated 4G LTE. Actually relocating to SG, am thinking of depending on 50MB roaming daily LOL. Duwan to get a number, and wonder if it will work since 50MB should be more than enough for whatsapp daily.
*
4G roaming is not available yet in most countries. For Singapore, after checking with UM can confirm 4G can be used.

Anyway, this daily 50MB works. I tested under UM Prepaid a few times in Singapore and Thailand without any issues.

Having said that, the promo may be ending soon, to be replaced with something new.

Absolutely right... sometimes wide coverage only means you can get poor service in more places...

Tried selecting the network manually via the modem settings, doesn't seem to work either.

Is the sim card activated? Can try popping it in a phone?

10am-10pm is the operating hour for UM Facebook messaging and it's daily including weekend and public holidays. As a comparison, DiGi provide 9am-6pm Mon-Fri only.

These timeframes are nothing to do with helpline, which is 24 hours operation.

UMI 20 is for 30 days use
so even u are barred ( after activity date ) , still able to surf the net till the package end.
*
once over-quota, the service will be barred?

Power uses the free 2gb when over-quota.

i didn't mean over-quota  sweat.gif  i mean after validity date (barred)

yeah, I know that bro.. no worries

my point is now the over-quota when barred may be different between Power and the older prepaid plans.. not sure though, need to test..
