lol did a quick google for 185/60/R16 tyre stock availability in malaysia market but nth turns up.. is it a risk for us drivers?

If anything happen, temp solution (other than the spare) is to get different slightly off spec size? Sorry, I am noob on this tyre sizing thingy. Appreciate if some1 can enlighten me. .=) rclxms.gif

Can elaborate further on how the vibration noise like? is it sounds like two plastic or metal knocking each other?

Nope, didn have that noise. but hv tick-tack sound from the odometer 5 secs after engine ignition.. this is the relay sound, so can't do anything about it.

Anyone tried Raytech Tint on Mazda2?
*
me! QC series for front and back , centurion QX security for sides, Cost me RM1.5k. Decided not to go for highest premium grade after reading some research that no matter how good is ur tint, after few hrs under the sun, internal of the car still get very hot. It just how fast your car can cool down after you switched on your A/C. Always put shades (esp on the front) if you plan to park for long hrs in the noon.

That few % differences in IR or TSER would not make much differences with additional of few hundred bucks. To really block those sunlight during driving, i would rather get one of those customized car fit window shade. ( though i also still finding for one =O)

I did CS 85% back in Feb for rm 1500.. I remember was quoted 1700 back then by sa. Then i did get few quotations from other raytech agent, and used it to push down the price with my sa. lol but CS 85% represent security tints for side windows. You might want them to breakdown to solar films and security films. You can get more info from http://www.raytech.com.my/security-solar-window-film/ . Note the product names had been revised in their website though looks same tech specs.

mine also includes:
7 Years Tinted Warranty (Cover All Problems)
7 Years JPJ Cover ( With JPJ Approval)
Provide whole life Or first Time Free Tinted Claim.
(in-case your windscreen need to change on future)

quite standard if it from glenmarie

Not really monitor whether got noise or not.
Thinking I should mute the radio tomorrow when go through a bump at speed (20-30kmh) to check it.
But I do experienced the car jerking when sudden break apply at low speed drive just after engine morning start & warm up. Any 1 happen?

after service my car, the noise still there... annoying...
many of m2 encountered jerking while almost stop
*
yeap, me too experienced the jerking when almost comes to a stop. . SC told me was the down shift gear not smooth. lol It happens if i apply brake pressure slowly coming to a stop. However, I will not felt it if I apply slightly heavier brake pressure and have shorter distance of stopping the car.

They said will revert back to japan HQ, i doubt they will hv any solution/conclusion anytime soon.

i dont think the jerking is due to down-shifting, because the jerking still happen when i push to N before stopping the car
but i used to the jerking now...
*
is it? I hv not try that. But I heard it happen to almost every m2, just some its not very obvious like ours D= Zzz.. I did tried few test units and it only happen 1/10 times and jerking is not as obvious too.

There is no regret when buying a car, it will be your best friend for at least next 4 years.

Now you are making a decision for a car, we can only help you with users feedback, honestly answered. There are pro and con in every car, no car is perfect for everyone, so it is up to you to decide whether M2 HB/SDN or other car you are considering will serve you well.

Only people who are indecisive in their decision making, will regret buying any of their choice. Stay firm on your decision, as you have considered all possible outcome and have psychologically prepared for it, you already got future gameplan when you have acquired the car.

E.g. The once tyre problem of M2 owner, now everyone know SC do sell them, of course at a slightly higher price @ RM450/pc, but at least it is available now. And soon, other tyre shops will have it. We brought up the tyre issue before, and at least you are aware of it now, and can develop a gameplan on how to acquire new tyres when the time comes. Tyres are to be used for a long time so RM450/pc is not unaffordable. It is part of car maintenance cost.

And modding the headlight issue too.

I see a lot of M2 owners here are problem solver. We solve problem, not create.  laugh.gif
Ceramic Pro as in the shop in Sunway providing car coating service?
*
Yeap, no regret! Even booked it on the first day when the Mazda system open to take booking for this car back in oct/nov last year. Though i might go for m3 ckd full specs if i didn get the car before cny first batch. haha.. My SA was persuading me to wait for m3 before i got my car..lol oh well.. at least i know I am happy with M2 =)

Got my car yesterday. Sent her for tinting today. So far very happy. biggrin.gif One question though, when my side mirrors fold it's not sycned. One side is faster than the other. Is this normal? Other than that the car is fantastic.
*
Neither to my m2 or cx5.. so i guess its normal. haha
