For your case, if your loan is approved, but you haven't pay any downpayment right? Only booking fee. You can cancel without any problem. Q1: How long does the service take usually? (Wanna know if I can schedule an appointment before work)

Q2: Should I just let the SC person check and change things as he deems fit or should I request for specific things like synthetic engine oil (not sure about this, how much do they charge?)

Q3: Anything I should know before going for the service?

is it? I hv not try that. But I heard it happen to almost every m2, just some its not very obvious like ours D= Zzz.. I did tried few test units and it only happen 1/10 times and jerking is not as obvious too.

Maybe it is the lock-up clutch within the torque converter disengage late? 
Malaysia market many kopi-o licence? 

Not many manual car market for Malaysian because of the traffic condition loh. European still selling lot of manual car. It's still the best feeling to drive manual.
