Hi guys wanna ask, for a MY2018 Mazda 2, is the warranty last for 3 or 5 years?

Also, what is the official fix for the Mazda suspension kruk kruk sound?

5 years. Can check the service booklet for confirmation.

Kruk kruk got many types. You may try to change the dust cover. Few members tried it and problem solved.

Coz I checked the car service book it says 3 years and Mazda somehow also says 3 years only. I will send the car to SC to inspect and get the details from them.

Year 2018: The free service maintains at 3 years/60,000km, whichever comes 1st. The warranty is extended to 5 years/100,000km.

Year 2019: Free service & warranty sync 5 years/100,000km

Kindly verify with your SC. Also do check your car registration date.

(coz i not sure you bought new / 2nd hand from other ppl / or Mazda Pre-owned programme)

Already checked with Mazda SC, it's registered on May 2018 and warranty will be expired next year, which is a 3 year warranty. However, the original owner lost the warranty book so I need to pay RM60 to reprint it once I got the car

Doesn't sound right. Year 2018 should be 5 years warranty. Don't confuse it with the Free Service. Two different things, and very important too especially when need to claim expensive parts.

Yes exactly! My aunt CX-5 registered on Feb 2018 is getting 5 years warranty, but this Mazda 2 is only 3 years according to SC. Should I call Bermaz for clarification?

Anyone got rattling issue on your dashboard? I kinda suspect it's due to the loose tweeter/speaker grill on the dash that make the sound
