Any fear abt this ctr detected from the mkt out there with the current situation in Msia ?

How is the take-up rate now fro this IPO now ? Brave ctr, still dare to list under our current conditions....

The credibility of the participants in our capital markets are really down the drain. No company will want to list on the Bursa anymore if we do not have confidence in our Bursa.

Probable Listing Day for this IPO. Looks like people are just readying themselves to rip this apart.

Mkt emotions picked-up from the last few postings. May not represent the investr population at large though, but 'can still read some sentiments' here.

The institutions are forward-looking, and will have to adhere to rules of engagement in the business world. In the current economic times, institutions tend to stay away more for safety purposes. They would want to see a very high margin of safety before they engage. In good times, the margin-of-safety is lower.

Perhaps if an institution is allowed to 'short an IPO' then the environment will be different. But shorting an IPO is, well,... not ethical.

My RM told me once : her bank may not buy a particular investment instrument, but she will buy the investment herself with her own money. If I have confidence in her judgement, then I will buy it too. Will not follow the bank.

I think it's more like he 'goreng' all of us instead. Talking about 1.38 as the TP, so that some of us won't throw at the lower prices after opening. This will, hopefully move the price up as high as possible, giving him a chance to throw at a price that he thinks is the best that he could get.

I believed many got the idea that the price will touch at least 1.30, since his prediction was so accurate that it opened very hot above water. So, people who wanted to get out earlier had buyers, buyers who were hoping that this counter would reach 1.30, at least.

The buyers who bought after the IPO winners sold got trapped.

He said it : stock trading is an art actually.

Be careful, bro,... like at my postings a few pages back. 1.38 is the carrot for buyers to keep appearing until he is ready to sell. Now that he has sold, he is saying to throw and go for warrants and penny stocks.

You can still hold for the dividend. Forget about 1.38 !!!!!!!!
