Actually I'm more comfortable to invest after seeing its actual dividend.

But Johor Corp...with their management of Al-Aqar...I think can be trusted.

In prospectus already indicated expected (gross) yield at IPO price is 6.4%.

That kinda yield, only AxisREIT and KLCC can get, they got proven track record and history to warrant that kinda low yield.
