I think he is concerned only property that cant do well need to sell at shopping mall.

i saw some in different shopping malls. Mid valley has Millerz and lakeview residences.

more like this is an overpriced piece of cake... even the agent mentioned to me the art college inside wont be a big scale one...so rent to iqi staff lo

Was inform exsim drop the price to around RM550++/psft . Is it true? I remember their prelaunch was price around RM800+-/psft.
