wondering why exsim is building the hotel and strata office there... old klang road is not the business hub

But the entrance of the project seem quite small. still prefer the land in between verve suite and scott garden with provided the old shop lot demolished...

you cannot reach if you from kuchai,
even cannot enter verve suite if you are from kuchai.

so the nearest will be come out from jalan sepadu,
if you come from other side, you only can make a legal u-turn near taman desa junction

Really depends on the price psf. Scott garden next door half dead liaw for a mixed dev. Also verve suites not selling well at sky high price.

If above 800 psf, I don't think much people dare touch. 6-700 psf probably more realistic.

is on the opposite, so should be the small land beside coco steamboat
