With MRT 2 now servicing Kuchai and Sri Petaling, they might ular their way out of Monorail extension and Mrt 3. Gov no money liaw mar.

You guys gonna wait loooooong loooooong for monorail.

Entire southern corridor heating up. Area South of Mid Valley until Seri Kembangan following Bangsar South footsteps soon?

About time, this area has been lagging behind Puchong and Damansara for the longest time even though the location is arguably as good or better than those areas.

Okr's location is fantastic. But the connectivity and jam really jialat. If monorail really Jalan as marketed by 9 Seputeh team, this area will be really vibrant.

No money earmarked in Federal Budget means Okr need to wait long long lar. No set timetable.

Really depends on the price psf. Scott garden next door half dead liaw for a mixed dev. Also verve suites not selling well at sky high price.

If above 800 psf, I don't think much people dare touch. 6-700 psf probably more realistic.
