Sorry to say that, its my logic, cause i buy property not based on whether there is MRT around or not. biggrin.gif Yes, MRT will be a bonus point, but not a MUST for me.

Yea, it would be great if there is a MRT development nearby, as what you said, it would help up a lot on the property appreciation. Correct me if im wrong, i thought previous government did not include OKR as one of the MRT development? hmm.gif
