I understand. Once lvl hit 50, its so slow to increase it especially for casual gamer like me. My warrior is only 51 and going slow.

Lv 50 onwards go grind at susurrus woods (http://teratoday.com/content/tera-guide/tera-general-guide/tera-leveling-guide)

Can lv quite fast. Just use the XP boosters

Cik.Ten Reporting. Last sunday when i play tera the ping was unusualy high and spike were everywhere. Then Caseu and Halcyon.M.K said the same thing, spike were everywhere. i notice something diffrent the channel was high. i wonder why. so i make a research. then i discover this thread (http://tera.mmmos.com/?p=view&uid=552267e8b842f&title=message-to-all-eu-players-going-to-na) Tera EU player are coming to NA. that why the server goes lag and spike.

Iirc NA Tera is 5 months behind KTera so I'd say we'll probably get it in May or Jun.

hello..i want to ask which driver for gtx 6xx series u use to play tera? i started the game around 4 days ago.. i got 80 fps constantly..but when i went to velika the fps massively drop..sometimes drop to 0 fps eventhough im not doing anything.

Currently i use gtx 680 + 347.88 driver...i've checked this driver have an issues atm..so i wonder which driver u use to run this game smoothly.

I dont get the whole crafting thing.. Where do i get the 1st recipe? canot buy aslo..

Its not driver fault... because velika is full with people..

erm..ill try to tweak2 my gc settings then to check haizz

Tera is known for being unoptimized. So is normal if fps drops like shyt in crowded place. No choice but to set the render limit (wadever it is called) and view distance need to tone down. sliding the foliage all the way to zero, shadow to low. slide everything to mid or 2 bar.

This one (under "Tera - Let's tweak & Mod!" sheet row 54 onwards.) is the tweak i've compiled from various location and sites and have been using the whole time. There might be additional stuff or ways that can be tweaked but it has been awhile i did not go through/update my compilation.

This is due to the voice pack being a form of cash item for JTera... So, yeah. I'm still waiting for workaround. I don't bother to remove it from the sheet coz wanna get eargasm from time to time.

but with the file structure changes from time to time i not sure if the file i keeping is still valid or not.

Crafting is pretty straight forward. I suggest you to ignore it until you've reach level 65 (for armor, weapon and etching craft especially). You can get the design from shops and broker.

Did you replace the right file?

How To Get Fatal Error Steps:
1. download JP voice (in my case i download Elin reaper)
2. extract the file ( i use 7zip)
3.copy the folder (folder named client) to the original tera folder
(C;/Users/Public/Games/En Masse Entertainment/TERA)
4. launch the game.
5. Fatal Error.

I also try replace the .gpk file in (TERA\Client\S1Game\CookedPC\Sound_Data\Packages\PCVoice directory) but still got Fatal Error.
Don't worry i already fix my client.

Hmm. Strange. Which Elin file did you use. I'll try it out tomorrow.

elin reaper from folder extra 3. i also try with elin from folder extra 1 but still no luck.

Oh you're right. I tried the file from extra 3, it did crash. I guess they changed elin's file.

I agree, I7 4770 + GTX970 get 20fps in Velika freedom plaza...

what voice file did you change?

Popori

i tried change popori sound (from folder extra 2). yeah the game doesn't crash but my popori(En.Tam) still give the same voice (default voice).
maybe if someone could make the same configuration as popori file with other japan voice file, it will work.

I highly doubt it. The crash was probably due to the changes of the original voice files making it not compatible with the outdated japanese voice packs. Its likely that popori was one of the "lucky" ones to not have their file updated.
