If you guys noticed, the "iPhone 6 - Bigger than Bigger" billboards located along major freeways have been changed to show the beautiful images taken by the said phone (and also available on Apple's website)? Well, an idea then sprouted in my head, haha!

I noticed that while there's a dedicated thread on the iPhone 6 here in LYN, there is none for the images that we can shoot on our trusty phones. So why not come up with such a sub-forum, since many of us use our iPhones to take amazingly crisp shots anyway!

So let me get the ball rolling and post this photo I took of Shanghai's famous trio of super-tall towers over in Pudong, when I was there last week!

Well unless you want it to be iphone dedicated, coz that thread is bombarded by nokia.

Yeah, that's why I purposely placed it here in the iPhone forum instead!

As long as the images posted are unedited, I look forward to seeing how awesome the images are taken by iP6 users.

great idea, but i think need to maintain with the format such as the camera setting/apps/etc..

how about videos?

Camera + with macro settings

And if you're using a special app, do let us know... Otherwise the assumption will be that you are using the native camera app.

any 3rd party photography apps can shoot RAW?

My photos are all taken using the stock "Camera" app, by the way, even if I have Camera+ installed in the iPhone 6.

And this is one I took of the morning sun today, from the window of the master bedroom in my condo!

Yeah, that's where Camera+ comes into the picture. I can try doing that later, when I'm a bit more free at lunch!

the default gallery app also can do edits.

press on LIGHT then under there can edit saturation, contrast etc..

Here's mine, have to admit iphone camera performance is really stunning especially the lowlight performance.

(That was taken during sunset at the famous West Lake in Hangzhou, by the way)
