windows installation is inlcuded with the price of the laptop. unless you buy freeDos. if you dont want lowyat plaza, doesnt matter. you can go to other places. there is some seller in garage sales have physical shop somewhere in KL, pandan indah, subang, like that.... can nego and deal online. and pay the rest at their shop after u verify everythings working perfectly.

pls do check review before you purchase. DOS means, no operating system. if have friend good in Jack Sparrow... then. can ask help from him XD. driver and everything is in dvd installation along together with the laptop

Would be good if the laptop design look nice rather than the bulky type, white or black color, reliable warranty or should i say good after sales service. Even better if can recommend which shop to buy as i heard now that they have refurbish unit in the market and i wont be able to know whether i am buying a new or refurbish unit, dont wanna get cheated because i am half pair water about laptop.

that asus yes.. its good enuf too... suitable for work.. you might want to consider its slim type notebook. regarding the refurbish unit.. i'm not so sure cz its just rumors. but im afraid this rumors sounds good to be true. that is worse case scenario..

try consider this, purchase w/o free gift will reduce the price.. and festival discount soon.. so.. might be good time to purchase

All the while there r certified refurbished units in the market 1. Acer, dell, ASUS.. just this few months suddenly pop up from nowhere tat those unit not certified 1... ASUS most frequently met

My Fren who specialized in 2nd units told me so... he bought 50 units ASUS a series... all faulty... he send back to ASUS.. ASUS say those unit NEVER been sold thus warranty never honored... not certified refurbished units

That price is unreasonable for i3 with FreeDos, gst excluded some more. i remember the price is around 1.4-1.5k before.

He buy refurbished dell from me.. 1 time order 50-100 units... 1 of the bigger export player here...

Hp sales no.1 in 2014.. n they r bigger than ASUS + MSI combine... wat do u think... haha...

Just tat their price is more expensive considering the normal after sales quality... both dell n HP price is quite same category... but dell provide onsite service for all products n HP only a few range hv...

Asus is a big no in Malaysia. Coz their after sales is the worst... but oversea still ok

Well, Apple has already bought Beats and they did not extend the partnership so i suggest dont buy the HP beats edition.... Other than that Hp is good with good after sale service

The good u means is the respond time or time use to fix... Or the good is above average like Asus... How r their service now

I only hv experience wif hp Compaq era... Fast response when I send for repair. N take me 2 weeks to take back... Faster then tat now? If their nbd service good I might consider take their dfo n sell.. Cheaper than my Dell.. Haha..
