strange enough, in the small town that I lived here in Ranau with less than 100k population, there is one oly lifting gym, but its gov own to train the elite lifter, not open for public

not pretty sure if there is another training room for that, the one I saw is kinda small room, next to pejabat belia dan sukan in my daerah but now they renovate it already.

are into strongman/power lifting?

nice, I am more into strongman cuz I FOR ME its boring just doing 3 lifts...lol

strongman event is lots more fun and unpredictable. join once in a small district competition, did flipping tires, atlas stone, dealift big tire and pulling 4WD for time.

but since no equipment to train, so I also incorporate power lifting training in the gym to develop raw strength
