Hi, if i were to compare adidas and nike training shoes, which is better? I quite like this shoe, Adidas Crazytrain Pro 3.0 but i've no idea if it is suitable for weight trainings and light cardio in the gym.

QUOTE(overfloe @ Apr 8 2018, 08:50 AM) If you are not doing heavy deadlifts and squats, crazytrain should be ok. Not sure how boost is on gym/training shoe. It depends on the mood that day, sometimes i do heavy weights. My current Nike shoe feels too hard for the gym and it's quite old too.

QUOTE(overfloe @ Apr 8 2018, 02:17 PM) Training shoes with stiff soles wont be good for cardio. I tried repper dsx on treadmill and felt like they are banging lol. However for occasional sprinting is ok. Dsx flyknit is a lot more but i feel im getting movement in the fronts - a bit soft for heavy lifts. You should be fine with crazytrain however i cant comment on the boost sole. Try before you buy. Came across Adidas Alphabounce Beyond, what about this?
