I don't think magnets pose an issue.. Been using a magnet placed on the battery, just below the back cover with a magnetic car mount.. No issues either with S Pen or GPS.. I get locks in about 30 seconds while stationary. Been using the mount since last year..

Aryamod ROM... Can be found on XDA devs forum.. It's based off stock, full S Pen & IR support.. For outstanding audio control & performance... Here's a hint; VIPER4Android app... Be careful though as its a powerful app & with incorrect settings, one can actually permanently ruin the speakers or your ears.. 

You are welcome.. The ROM does comes pre-rooted. One needs to pay attention to the installation instructions on the first page. Generally, it goes this way:

*Flash stock Lollipop ROM with matching bootloader & modem using Odin.
*Flash latest TWRP recovery.
*Perform a factory reset & full wipe of internal storage.
*Download Aryamod on to root location on storage.
*Reboot into recovery to flash the ROM.
*Carefully read and follow the instructions contained in the Aroma installer.
*Upon successful flash, allow a few minutes for it to "break in"..
*Tweak here, tweak there.. Settings.. Profit!

The above steps are what I remember off hand.. Merely guidelines... As with such, instructions within the dev's thread are of higher priority.

Looks good. Store seems legit too. There's a physical shop and an online FB presence as well.. Doesn't appear to need a custom back and should fit into the same space as the ori battery. Just added it to my lzd wishlist for future reference.

Nope.. Zero plans.. Does all i want in a phone today, Wide square screen, IR Blaster, abundance of custom ROMs and almost as durable as the Nokia 3310 after much falls.. What's not to love. Gonna buy another battery when current one is too weak and extend the life of my Note 3 till the Note 10 or X is released.. 

Gosh, Imagine how bad the Note 8's battery is going to be 3 years from now.. Rugi.. Can't swap new battery for cheap..

Haha.. Yeah, with 2 or more batteries and a desktop battery charger. One doesn't need to carry a heavier powerbank around. Just have a full battery in the pocket. When low battery icon flashes, scream out "I'm out..Cover me while I reload".. Instant 0 - 100% power...

Oh really, prolly cuz most have moved on to the latest and greatest Note. Has significantly better camera hardware. Camera on the Note 3 is fine with me as I don't take too many pictures myself. Matter of fact, the HM uses my camera more than I do mine. Cuz on trips, hers runs out of battery..

Nah.. I was kidding earlier. I don't actually plan on letting it go.. Unless you make an irresistible offer. Feel free to make it public or PM me.. But of course it has scratches on the sides cuz it's a phone that's been used since 2014.. Even with the leather case from day one, wear and tear is inevitable.
