I had this problem twice on my honor 6 plus. My phone cannot hear any voice, when i talk with other side, i can hear them clearly but they cannot hear my voice. first time i factory reset it solve the problem.

I found out the problem happen after I update app from playstore, 1st time i only suspect, but it happen 2nd time and i sure it because of apps update. I dono which app make it crazy. And i am sure it not hardware problem.

I dont want to do factory reset if possible cos it will make me loss many app data and take very long time to reinstall back apps.

May I know how to control which apps to start when the phone is booted?

I think at phone manager.maybe not start with phone but keep apps active in background, you need to start the apps first then it will keep active
