I know the developer and the I am buying a unit as well. The location doesn't have the best access by car I have to agree but the location is outstanding. (Then again I stay in Mont Kiara and DBKL has done s super job of fxxxxxg that accessibility as well). You can literally walk to the KTM station from this place and go through the tunnel or the motorcycle lane to walk to mid valley in 10 minutes (I walk fast ). Hopefully they will get DBKL to make a the pedestrian pathway to mid valley that will make it more attractive for buyers. Also the developer said his family is taking up a whole floor for their own stay (Don't know if true?) Let the buyer beware but I am buying.
