QUOTE(twincharger07 @ Jul 25 2017, 09:04 PM) i think developer have to give at least 15% discount on this... Any idea what is the projected rental yield? conservatively i think its only about 3.5 to 4% with fully furnished  It'll be higher than Maxim, given that it is freehold and low density 4+1 lifts serving 258 units, and nearer to MRT This post has been edited by imsolifeless: Jul 25 2017, 09:19 PM

QUOTE(CharmaineLee80 @ Jul 27 2017, 06:44 AM) Down Payment 0% ~ 2% -----> is it means that 8% to 10% discount? Booking RM5000 is to select unit? RM 5000 is booking Rebate 10% (8+2)

the news is the reason why The Annex was stopped when it just launched in 2014
Basically, a part of the land was previously acquired to build station, in addition to the Taman Connaught MRT. You will notice another station in the previous brochure
But somehow, the plan was cancelled and the developer is suing them for this That's what I learnt so far
