How much you paid for downpayment? Mine also facing genting, he calculated for me...

Just scratching head with my gf whether to proceed or not...already cancelled once...now still cant let go...hahaha rclxub.gif

i paid about 6k++ for down payment, there is a rebate of 5k since i signed SPA in 20 days too! which unit u booked previously? which floor? bro just ahead la haha.. i surveyed quite a lot of projects dy still this the most tempting in this price range hehe.. location wise quite good too! near to mrr2 can easily access to many places

975sqft 530k for which floor ?

I booked Level 26 corner unit genting view as well...what holding me back is really...because of the land title...hahaha....location I couldnt disagree more..it is access to many place...but along the way towards jln kuching is hell in the morning la..towards sri damansara would be good i think...I really like the layout...other project kitchen is so open concept...and all are bare unit...this is almost fully furnished bangwall.gif

Me too bought corner unit but at higher floor..Ya morning really hell of a jam, haha.. Utility bills shouldn't be very much expensive since we use not much only.. Plus according to the developer staff, they planning to change to residential title upon completion so we can enjoy residential rate for utility bills... But dunno how true is it.. Even if converted to residential strata title, we still have to pay for commercial tittle rate of cukai.. But once a year only ma hehe, actually the nearby pasar borong is my main concern haha..

bro just went thru some research on cukai thingy, actually not much different bro, but selayang area cukai is slightly higher la compared to other selangor areas (nice location punya pasal)

what i found is "8.6 peratus kediaman serta 10.8 peratus perniagaan"

actually just 2.2% different.. no big deal la hehe icon_rolleyes.gif

Yeah I know is not much different...hmm...have to think properly...the facilities there not that bad too...and also the park...which i feel quite nice...got animals..like we are in the zoo next to us hahaha rclxms.gif

nope i staying around setapak but i am working near batu caves~

This place more like Myanmar area, really lot of them nearby the pasar borong.. Well.. Every place has its pros n cons.. I love the overall concept, natural living but near to the city, good accessibility, nice layout and partially furnished.. For me it's a worth buying project.. Lakepark is near to selayang which have quite a lot of Chinese.. Staying with other races like malay isn't a problem to me as most of them are very nice and friendly...

Depends on what project u r comparing to.. Try to compare to highly densed selayang star city and lake ville.. And also the premium ecosky.. Lakepark price isn't that high actually..
