Lakeville is a walking distance to Tesco Extra

Lakepark is a jogging distance to Tesco it's more near to Pasar borong Selayang to be exact

No. There are not refer to same lake. Both lakes has a distance.

I worry if current property all sold but no1 stay in..

i visited the showhouse last friday. estimated about 80-85% sold ady.

these called sold usually were just booked but the loan and SnP things havent settled..

I decided not to buy lakepark n bought another property instead

sometimes i just feel uncomfortable with those selling point of ANY developers..(not specific to here, many of them are the same)..

nearby shopping mall include KLCC and Pavilion? seriously?
r u comparing with Sg Buloh or Seremban?
