Lakeville is a walking distance to Tesco Extra

Lakepark is a jogging distance to Tesco sweat.gif it's more near to Pasar borong Selayang to be exact smile.gif

No. There are not refer to same lake. Both lakes has a distance.

Haha ...I dun think people will jogging to LakePark from Tesco Selayang but to LakeVille yes.

8.9km still a jogging distance - but one has to cross that busy road below the famous with jam roundabout sweat.gif if u know what i mean..

Don't worry about the flood as we have example from Desa Park City. I believe that there are no floods happen before after so many years.

how bout the percentage of races? and, do you know if those buyers are just investors from China, like what Lakeville did? i heard my colig said he saw few buses of China man went Lakeville launch and sapu all the lower units last time.

I worry if current property all sold but no1 stay in.. sweat.gif

i visited the showhouse last friday. estimated about 80-85% sold ady.

sometimes i just feel uncomfortable with those selling point of ANY developers..(not specific to here, many of them are the same)..

nearby shopping mall include KLCC and Pavilion? seriously?
r u comparing with Sg Buloh or Seremban?
