It’s also very hard for me to screw in the compression fitting.
It's normal. That's why they are called "compression fittings"
QUOTE(h11g @ Jan 27 2021, 08:36 AM)
I needed to heat up the tube a little to make it easier to screw in the compression fittings.
Shouldn't have done that. You've weakened the structure of the tubing and elevate the risk of leakage

back into watercooling after i have stopped plumbing 10 years ago lol
Wrong orientation of the pump cables (except the ARGB cable), should either be on the left side or at the bottom so it will be less messy

yeah it was already too late when i saw/realized the cable orientation while filling the loop
You can just drain the liquid into a bottle so you can reuse it again and at the same time fix the pump heatsink orientation

PS: What happens to the ARGB lights on the pump, distro & CPU waterblock? You didn't connect them?

haven't connect those argb connector yet. ordered argb splitter(https://shopee.com.my/product/183786462/4144340721)
That ARGB splitter is crap, it's better if you use this instead:
https://shopee.com.my/product/99616108/7911305855
http://www.idcooling.com/Product/detail/id...RGB%20Fan%20Hub

It's very useful. It's a hub for PWM & also ARGB, provides extra power for both the PWM fans & ARGB LEDs in your PC
I'm using it both in my gaming PC & home server

Reason why I'm using it because the ARGB connector on your motherboard can only support a limited number of LEDs, whereas that RGB hub from ID-Cooling can support almost unlimited number of RGB LEDs because of the extra power supplied by the SATA connector

I have a total of 21 RGB strips (10 x RGB bars, 7 x RGB fans, 2 x waterblocks, 1 pump & 1 distro plate) in my gaming PC and that original 3 PIN ARGB connector on the motherboard definitely won't support all of that LEDs
That hub also supports 8 PWM fans from a single PWM source
Whereas my home server has a total of 14 RGB strips (4 x RGB bars, 6 x RGB fans, 2 x waterblocks, 1 pump & 1 distro plate)

thanks for  the tips man, appreciate it
No probs
Also, you might want to invest on better fans. Those ID-Cooling fans sucks ass and the specifications is fake at most

You're better of with Arctic P12 PWM PST CO. Arctic P12 PWM PST CO is one of the best fans for radiators with it's price point.

P12 has 2 models, CO & Non-CO
CO - 2 ball bearings
Non-CO - Fluid dynamic bearings

Get the CO model. Only RM47 per unit from Taobao (including shipping)

Except to order PTEG tubes from Aliexpress take me around 2 weeks.
Why'd you order PETG tubes from AliExpress?
Shopee is way cheaper & faster too
