I think you still can use FPX (AMEX) but not rewards/Rebate

You may try, but I am not sure it will work.
Shopee Insurance is more expensive than Generali (AXA) and Tune Protect.

Don't confuse with ShopeePay and Spaylater. They are different financial service provided by SEA Group Singapore.

ShopeePay Malaysia is an E-wallet which you need to "top up" and pay.

Spaylater is a Buy-Now-Pay-Later service but you are allowed to use Amex to pay SPayLater (SeaMoney Capital Malaysia S/B) directly .Not like Grabpaylater which can only be paid using Grabpay (ewallet).

Enjoy it while it lasts. It won't last long.

But for those using Maybank terminal, very likely they will opt in Amex. Not all
For those using UOB/RHB/PB/HLB/CIMB (not sure others) device, the merchant may want to accept Amex but discouraged. So very few devices will accept Amex.

Amex already sold their business in Malaysia to Maybank.

Go to Shell, Petron, BHP,
the cashier scan your ShopeePay QR code (but payment method: you select SPayLater instead of Wallet Balance).
(You may use Shopee Coins to pay 50%, SPaylater 50% as well, so Shake harder)

P/S: you must be a SPayLater user.

Don't confuse the cashier, tell him you want to pay by using ShopeePay (most of them don't know SPayLater).

Almost all Shell and Petronas stations accept Amex.
No need to go one by one.

Also, you may use Amex to buy Shell vouchers at Fave App and Petronas / Petron vouchers at Lazada App. If you are using M2 Amex, buy vouchers on Sat/Sun and use it on any day from Monday to Sunday.

I think not all EYS outlet operators use Maybank terminal. Some have more than 1 terminal (Public Bank +).
Check with the cashier at that particular outlet.

You can always use ShopeePay to settle Spaylater.

If I am not wrong, as someone reported, can get 3% Online CB for PB VS. but it is a Direct Marketing, should be excluded for campaign.

GE - only Visa/Mastercard.

I used Maybank FC Barcelona VS and M2 Amex to pay insurance and got CB. No CB if Jompay/FPX.

FCB VS 1% CB - Great Eastern
M2 Amex 5% CB - Etiqa Takaful (motortakaful.com), till 2023. Not sure Motortakaful.com still accept Amex or not.

Not AK or D7 flights?
Both AirAsia Malaysia (AK) and AirAsia X (D7) accept Amex.
Some foreign AirAsia don't accept Amex.

You need to use Grabpay to pay Grabpaylater.

All the Parkson stores, McD outlets and Petronas stations accept Amex, unless discontinued.

Weekend CB only limited to M2 Amex Gold/Platinum.

Doesn't matter weekday or weekend for M2 Amex Premier, Ikhwan Amex, Amex Charge Card, Krisflyer Amex etc.

"Transaction Date" must be a Saturday or Sunday.

"Transaction Date" recorded by the merchant's bank, not Maybank.

Case to case.

If you drive less, you may get up to 30% Cashback at Etiqa Takaful.

Also, Generali and Tune Protect can be much cheaper for some car users, though Amex is not accepted.

Alipay not ewallet?
