Did u check the other lanes? For Kuchai Lama branch they have specific lanes for Amex card, and 1 single lane for Boost only.

I guess I’m too late to party, only found out this on Lazada. Apparently it accepts AmEx now.

Yes, i random asked 4 counters and they just say ‘no no no cannot use’. All counters no amex logo on payment board. Only Visa Master and 1 counter with unionpay.

Fyi they using public bank machine.

I just noticed and may try it out during this weekend but my friend said he managed to pay with AmEx.

Niiiice. Lapsada actually have some stuff that I can't find on Shopee. Nice to finally have that feature for weekend cashback

If we closely look at cashier's monitor, we can see that Amex is listed as one of the payment methods, along with Visa, MasterCard, MyDebit, eWallet and so on.

They are using much newer Public Bank credit card terminals, which look like white smartphones.

As such, I believe that the newer Public Bank credit card terminals are capable of accepting the Amex credit cards. However, NSK management has not yet allowed the customers to pay with Amex credit cards, as of now. Plus, the cashiers are also strictly prohibited by NSK management to allow customers to pay with BigPay Prepaid MasterCards.

As of now, website still not showing AmEx option.

Well, maybe it is a new feature and image not updated yet. No harm trying, no loss.

I had seen Amex icon appeared at Lazada many months ago but I couldn't use Amex to pay.
Not sure now.
