I have to agree BrachialPlexus, Quest International University Perak (QIUP) shouldn't be considered as a university at all.

requirement set by government is too low, there are lots of student with spm 5B or STPM 3B came interview, but for sure not get accepted eventhough they perform outstanding during interview (I don't mean QIUP, I mean other), during open day their parents still insist to submit application for their children...
