Hi Guys, I'm one of the buyer for Phase 3 and need some advise from you guys. I received this "Maintenance Charges" from the developer. What is this charges for and do you guys received it? I was wondering cause last time I received a "Notis Kenyataan Pindaan Senarai Nilaian" from MPS. Do you guys received it too? What is this "Maintenance Charges" for?
