I'm oldies in BTP, bought house here in 2002 and the interchange had been promised by LYG back then.

Put aside our sad story, now already September 2015... and sadly as at to date yet to have any construction on the said interchange.

Anyone can share info or update the interchange status?

Enough and no more 'new' promises and/or reasons, perhaps and really hope this info will be the BTP interchange turning point to be realized.

We need to call and ask? I am GH Phase 5 buyer, still havn't collected any rebate.

I just called asking bout mine yesterday, she say I have to wait another one month before the cheque ready for collection. Seems like they are not start process the cheque without you call 'em first

Same goes to me... also waiting the good news or announcement by end of Oct (Sept already gone...)
From my experience, it is a norm for LYG to make a call for them to start react. So, don't stop calling until u get what u suppose to get.

Got my rebate today for Acacia Phase 1, cheque dated 18 Sep 2015. If I did not call yesterday, I guess Low Yat will only call me next year.

Are they going to build a gated guarded at Garden Heights phase 5? How come I can't see any guard house or fencing so far?

Read the title of this thread, bro. It is not about rules. No offense. It is about common sense.
If you are one of the owner for the new phase in GH (which I assume so or else why are you so busybody to represent the people there to talk, right?), then I feel really sorry to you. Yet, the proper way is to voice it out in your Residential Association and bring up the issue to related parties like developer, MBS and TNB. There is no point crying over spilled milk as you have owned the house. Rather you should focus to solve the issue as soon as you can. Don't you agree?

Guys, where the Petronas in BTP is located? I once followed GPS from the BTP main entrance but it led me straight to a dead end with cones (closed road).
