Hey weng, 99 Toyota Camry can fit this muffler?

Hi bro, is it for performance then both exhaust is working; and decoration is only one side working? Does it consume more fuel for either one-side or both-side setting??

brother, if our bumper has only one mounting, then if we install another exhaust, a new clearance is required. means we need to change bumper or you can slice another same gap of clearance as before?
