That's cause your protein intake is still on the lower end. Once you grow bigger and need more protein, whey would be a good alternative.

At my ultimate genetic max I will be ~80kg 10% bf%, which is after 4+ years of perfect training.
So protein needs = 80 * 0.9(get LBM) * 2.2 (LBM in pounds) * 0.85 (protein / lbm) = 135g protein per day.

Currently also I'm getting ~125g protein per day. So just need eat 2 more eggs after 4 years of training.

0.85 is a general amount. I'm not saying you're wrong but I always treated that amount for sedentary people. Regardless, I'm just saying it's an alternative. I would take a scoop of whey, blend it with a banana and with some milk for breakfast. Yum. =D

Nothing wrong with taking whey, in fact it's good since whey is highest quality of protein and fast to mix and makan.

Anyway some reference for the 0.8:
http://bayesianbodybuilding.com/the-myth-o...r-bodybuilders/

And this guy, he's at his genetic max, 24 ffmi, 180pounds only eats 100g protein per day:

You can see his body when u click his channel. And one of the best bodybuilding advise, solid videos.

Lastly, just making people aware of what u really need and 200g cooked chicken + few eggs and milk a day is also quite overkilling it edy. It's all about the surplus.

He said

Well, that's a myth.

He always exaggerates, bring the lolz. I think what he mean is if you do really high volume training "No carb" will not be optimal.

Anyway, yea u are true, alot of guys train heavy on keto.
