then do telco charge 6% if users subscribe mobile internet plan in their prepaid account?
it consider another product already
let say u-mobile mobile internet plan RM30 1.5GB, will they deduct RM31.80 from credit available because of gst?
If I were custom officer I would say no lah. It can be considered top up is to purchase the service. Then subsequent mobile internet is merely to decide how the service is to be delivered, not an actual purchase.it consider another product already

But I am not custom officer, so this is purely private opinion.
