IPTA is a waste of time for certain majors. I personally think IPTA is best for postgraduate, not undergraduate.

In IPTA, you will still be behaving like a secondary school students. Go to class, participate in co-curricular activities and organize carnivals...bla bla bla. I chosen IPTS right after SPM to avoid all these bull shit. I study, and participate in real business events, not participating in bullshits which is wasting my time.

If you are looking forward to know the real world, IPTS is better. But one thing, IPTA do provide good research facilities, so if you are taking postgraduate course, IPTA could do well. They have more budget to get the equipment you need, and also connection with overseas researchers.
