Hi, I've been using Digi for the past few months and I feel that the coverage are suxk and i plan to switch to other telco.

Is it possible to do so as I'm still under contract with Digi..

my area totally dont have coverage and yet they say I agreed with T&C when sign up with them...

well. you should have spend your time to read the T&C tho. a lots of hidden "faqs" there.
Some will probably "appear" the moment you want to terminate or want to change telco.
That's purely business.

Pay penalty first then do MNP to new telco.

Complain to CFM regarding this issue. If they found out it's unfair for you, then they will award you to terminate contract without penalty

What is CFM? I call their customer service and lodge 2 complaints and yet everything the same and said i shld know my place coverage well. Crazy them.
