I see, I've never tried buying from evil bay before. Will you get those notice from pharmacy dept such as when purchasing through fragX? I is scared got conned on evil bay. maybe sifu2 can recommend trusted seller?
In my experienced,so far so good.Majority of my perfumes buy are from ebay because you can find lots of reasonable deal there.Never got notice from pharmacy department maybe because mostly I bought one perfume at a time.
As for trusted seller,I don't have any particular one because I bought from different person for each of my perfumes. In case you got conned, paypal will always side with buyer so don't worry about that.
I bought it from a German e bayer nearly a year ago with a very very reasonable price,so cheap I bought another bottle from him.Finished my first bottle and now into my second bottle...
I guess this one is probably one of the best sellers from this house. This is the first one I put my nose on when I was at their boutique for the first time.
Yes..A modern classics, one of pioneer of niche perfumery that we know today.Eau d Hadrien itself is nearly 40 years old now
Btw,this one I think is from early 2000's at latest because it only stated 3 ingredients on the box (Alcohol, perfumes, demineralised water) and no batch code at all . This one,I can detect an oakmoss at the drydown..

Yeah, Fougere Royale, the granddaddy of fougere. Never tried the vintage one but the 2010 re-launched version didn't smell like English Fern.
Is your Habit Rouge EdC from the 80's? It's $265 on evil bay. I've always wanted to get the current EdP version because it has the Prada Amber Intense/Tom Ford Noir EdP vibe.
Yes,it's from 1988 according to batch code(plus the absence of the bar code on the box)..Imo,any edc version will do since they were discontinued in late 90's.Restriction by IFRA started on 2001iinm but not really significant..The major one was in 2010 and the rest is history ..
This one I got brand new(never been spray) from a German e bayer for RM 250 (55 euros) shipped but he posted the perfumes without any bubble wrap/protection whatsover, hence the damaged box as you can see in the picture
Well I guess you win some you lost some

Yes, I had gone thru' many disappointments after EU IFRA strict rules were imposed but I believe outside of EU, it should still be safe. For example, a fragrance house I got interested in at the end of my fragrance journey was Auphorie founded by two Malaysian brothers. I have Miyako. I get compliments wearing it to office and it's a true powerhouse. Also tried Musc Oud Maharaja. Ouch, that one was just brutal.
Auphorie is really good indeed.I was lucky when I bought Miyako when the price was mere USD 75 (less RM 300 at that time). Nowadays their price is really out of my range. At least they are still worthy I guess compared to majority of so called "niche" brand nowadays..
SOTD - Dzing! by L'Artisan Parfumeur Opening reminds me of Leather Oud by Dior with the same barnyard skank. Like most LP fragrances, performance is just average. Got it from evil bay on Apr 2015 for 340PLN, which was around RM340 at that time (1:1 exchange rate)
That's the vintage CW with the italic Davidoff right there. I have the current formulation my wife gifted to me as my substitute for Silver Jeans Men by Roccobarocco. Silver Jeans together with Escape by CK were my special occasion scents in my early 20's. Like most Asians, I didn't wear much perfume back then.
Yes it is vintage ..Bought it at Singapore for very cheap price,30 SGD only
I saw twilly d hermes...If any of you likes tuberose, try that one..I like it but never had chance to buy.. It's a potential modern classics,in early formulation summore
Yes,I like it more than fracas(current formulation that is..never try the vintage)The tuberose in twilly is more restraint compare to fracas and the fresh ginger note that accompanied the tuberose make it interesting and feels more unisex to my nose than fracas imo...
Try it.Maybe you will like it who knows?

I see. Personally I wouldn't wear Fracas. I consider it as the queen of tuberose scent, which I bought for my wife. I really love Tubereuse Criminelle, which I consider as the king of tuberose scent. Unfortunately, TC has long been discontinued. The closest scent I could get was Fleurs d'Oranger, which I was waiting for a good deal of. Heck, I may just snatch it from strawberrynet now since they are having mid-year sale of 10% off in addition to my 10% loyalty discount
My SOTD is Interlude tester I got for RM360 only.
Haha what a coincidence! I also happened to consider buying a Jicky EDP from there but fate intervened, got a very good deals on 2 niche perfumes so The Jicky have to wait
SOTD - Knize Ten (decant) Found this old decant in my box this morning. Now I remember why I ordered this decant. Together with Cuir Mauresque by Serge Lutens, Cuir Cannage by Christian Dior and Cuir de Russie by Chanel, I love them all but were out of my reach and budget so I didn't get any one of them.
