I have bad experience with them tbh. 1st i ordered switch from them thru 11 street. I've reconfirmed (twice) with them that my order has been taken and will ship once stock arrived.

However, i got an order cancellation and refund notification from 11 street after 2 days. I contact them directly and seek for explanation, which they replied: they forgot to turn off the promotion page with already out of stock and 11 street still allow customer to put order even though the promotion expired. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE MAN!

I ask them give me alternative as i already reconfirmed with them right after i make the payment on 7th march itself. They apologized and ask me to wait for few hours for them do redo the stock relocation. FINE.

Since the refund from 11 street require 14 working days to be done, my 2k limit was locked until the full process completed. TRUEGAMERS offer me to purchase it in SHOPEE with RM1950 with 2 games, amiibo, screen protector and free postage. But i need to proceed same time while they open the webpage just for me to add the order. The process is quite troublesome as I need to fit their time and wait for them to come to work. (macam lah my salah in the begining)

After ding dong here ding dong there, i able to ordered it from Shopee.

Contacted them this morning and they mentioned will ship my switch on today and will receive it by Wednesday.

usually after purchased, the game will show up in your game list in the main screen and download will begin automatically.

however if it disappears in main screen u can always go back to eshop to redownload.

go to eshop, click your avatar on top right corner , click redownload.

It is way more comfortable using it for long gaming sessions. However, if you have gotten used to the Joycons, you might have a short transition period to get used to the Pro Controller simply because the location of the analog stick and the D-Pad differs from the Joycons.

I would suggest you to register with forwarding agents like comgateway, borderlinx etc.... They will give you your virtual US address and it's in a tax free state. Just register. No harms I guess.
