It is legit code yes, but those screenshot simply just proofs that he is cheating online retailers. Unlike other seller where they will take commission/earn those extra mark up prices, he earns the whole RM72 for 20usd. And if Amazon suddenly decides to look into this case, they can easily disable all of these code.

Ahh, i've been buying from Kaededragon and weirdoz too, his code is legit and he earn based on the small markup price/commission, similar case to others too. Their price are very reasonable, not too cheap or expensive.
This guy magically pops up and has 3.6 rate for nintendo and playstation, very tempting but really don't want to support that type of black market business.

take your time to search online on all key sites, psn codes usually dont go lower than 1-5% discount.

for instance, 100 usd, g2a lowest also sell 98 usd, and most others sell 103-105 usd, as distributors give very insignificant discount rate on gift cards (0%-3%). Gift cards are mostly used as store front goods which could drive sales of other products (accessories, base games, consoles).

so if the price go below 90 usd for 100 usd card, its 100% stolen from online retailers such as amazon. it has been 3 - 4 years since people abuse the customer service of amazon using compromised amazon accounts (mostly after finding out about the fraudulent claims, amazon will freeze the amazon account, so hackers never use their own account to do those, they use someone's else account to abuse).

gift codes have the best conversion as they can be used to buy anything, so these criminals only cheat amazon of their gift card products.

there are bunch of internet criminals doing these shit causing all kinds of online sellers to suffer from these refund scam artists. not only does amazon suffer themselves (if the products stolen are sold by amazon directly, but also plenty of amateur sellers in amazon suffer and they bear all the responsibilities should amazon decide to refund the scam artist.



many have been caught and jailed in europe alone, so i don't really condone this kind of criminal works.

what they do is, they receive the products -> they use different name and signature - > inform amazon they didn't receive -> amazon check and indeed different people sign -> refund -> item already received still intact

for digital codes : get the real code from amazon - > change a few character of the codes and activate it -> capture screenshot that it is invalid -> argue with amazon support -> easy refund (amazon support couldn't check the validity of codes) -> code is still working, and now u get a code fully working with 0 cost. however, once amazon support finds out your claim is fraudulent, they will freeze your account. Thats why most criminals only do it with hacked amazon accounts and use virtual credit card for their works.

Hmm, very interesting indeed. From the screenshot alone, without a doubt it's from a illegitimate source. This is also an easy scam because codes are guaranteed to work UNLESS the online retailer explicitly brought up this case and contact nintendo to disable these codes, which most of the time is rare considering it's only a few bucks, not worth their time, but if it's a huge repeating case, for sure they will take action sooner or later.

Shouldn't we be reporting that sky dude though. If threads are still up, more people will buy without noticing

Don't think it will work, we can try to ask him to proof his stock is legit, but I don't think reporting his thread will do anything considering we pay money, he provide working code, end of transaction. He could easily explain that those threads are for other stuff or not related to what he is doing now.

It seems Japan store still no stock yet...hope can grab 1 unit when I go there next week

thanks to a forumer who did the investigation, in case if amazon decides to work with the distributors and track down all these stolen goods and ban all the accounts involved in theft, then its sad case.

The thing is he can easily explain those are just for past stuff and unrelated, all of his stock is legitimate now. He could easily get away.

Pros
+ playable using joycons / mobile phone with gyrocopter
+ joycons are perfect tool for this game, seamless detection
+ can play up to 4 players , and multiplayer online supports both 2 players playing together, competing against all other online players.
+ free 3 months unlimited just dance subscription
+ good game to have fun together with family and friends.
+ provides good workout (many heavy songs requiring a lot of movements and jumps)

cons
- has no camera recording; if played on pc, your webcam will capture you and show you your dancing replay which can be very funny
- relatively unstable server for unlimited songs. problem is exacerbated by bad wifi connectivity. sometimes unlimited songs disconnect halfway you are playing


conclusion: perfect game for nintendo switch. dancing using joycon feels natural.

well, let's move on, I think someone would report this to the forum admins, but whether they take actions is up to them. If they allow black market goods here then lowyat would sooner or later become a place for criminals to sell stolen goods.

Steam wallet codes, psn gift codes, microsoft gift codes, almost all gift codes, if you have ever asked distributor for their rates before (they only entertain you if you have business and a guaranteed demand), mostly give you 0-3%, so most sellers usually sell , for instance, RM100 steam wallet code @ rm110 or usd 100 code @ usd 103~105. If it goes lower, it is mostly stolen.
