Nowadays, people does not really bother bout developer's track record (or lack of it) very much huh...
700psf is considered pricey - maybe even future price for that area (disregarding 3km to 5km radius). Like you can compare Bangsar and Brickfields... |

Wonder what psf they will launch if got resi of D Island.
Earlier phase, J Dup was about 6xxpsf for large units. MM and MV nearby at a lower price or psf..... It will be a challenge to compete with them (understand this new phase is mixed development) Pricing too low will piss off the J Dup buyers. Pricing too high will face competition with MV and MM. |
