Yes, Velodrome land bought by Jakel. They will redevelop the land there.

Why say so? Dupion island is right besides main road...I guess the entrance will not depend purely on Jalan Yaakob Latif...

Nowadays, people does not really bother bout developer's track record (or lack of it) very much huh...

700psf is considered pricey - maybe even future price for that area (disregarding 3km to 5km radius). Like you can compare Bangsar and Brickfields...

Wonder what psf they will launch if got resi of D Island.

Earlier phase, J Dup was about 6xxpsf for large units.
MM and MV nearby at a lower price or psf.....
It will be a challenge to compete with them (understand this new phase is mixed development)
Pricing too low will piss off the J Dup buyers.
Pricing too high will face competition with MV and MM.
