After J.Dupion Service Residences @ Cheras, next bigger scale development within the vicinity is DUPION Island by Jakel Group. This is a 14-acres land (Cheras Velodrome) located right smack next to Taman Permata MRT 1 station.

May I know if the right-most building is sitting on the current Medan Selera Velodrom? Or even further towards BHP station next to Maybank Midah?

From that scaled model, only on Velodrome up to KL Downtown night market and maybe the old food court. I see bridge link to MRT Pertama. Excellent. Definitely good as many road access, close to HUKM, schools.

Yes. No issue lah as long as developer agrees to renew the lease to 99yrs after VP. Now concern is developer is new player and are they strong enough to ride through over 2018 crash as this development I would expect at least 7yrs to fully complete.

This is the developer's first maiden project and it is a 14-acre developement?
Wonder if curtains are provided as part of partially furnished. biggrin.gif
They should be able to ride thru over the slow down if they keep pumping in money from their Jakel business.

This is not their first maiden project. Jakel Mall (previously was CapSquare Mall) is belong to them, subsequent J.Dupion residence currently open for booking is also to be developed by them.

Fyi, J.Dupion Residence is expected to launch this weekend or end of this month. So far, there are about 10-15% booking received mostly lower small units are taken (facing KLCC view). Bigger units facing back to Mont Jiulai.

J.Dupion Residence Sales Gallery at Wisma Ryu, Taman Pertama, Cheras, right opposite from the site (Just next to Shell Petrol Station at Bulatan Cheras), open daily from 10am-6pm. Tower B open for booking. Seems like half already been booked...

Now sell textile also can be developer..
Jackel mall not build by them la. They just refurbished only.
First project already so major. Good luck lor for buyers who believe their 14 acres project. Scale model is nice whether can deliver is another story

The location is really nice. Only 5KM from KLCC. It would be hard to find such price range for such good location. Been to the Sales Gallery, it's almost fully sold out even before APDL and no advertisement yet. Heard that Greater KL project is expanding to 5KM radius from KLCC. That would mean that it will be a prime location within the CBD.
