Yup that's true.
If you capture in RAW and post process in Lightroom, those smartphone photos turn out even better.
Only problem with smart phone is low light photography which tends to yield artifacts and plenty of grains.

Nowadays I shoot a lot with S6. Thinking to get a D750 however, considering that FF for below 5k used?
Lol it used to be out of reach for everyone, going for 8-9k for body alone. 

Yup. Been scavenging the Garage Sales for good deals but decided not to pull the gun at this moment as I'm still thinking of what lens combo to buy.
Any to recommend? My favorite in APS-C was 17-50mm. Generally this should be 24-70 as replacement in FF but the weight was a big let down since the Nikkor 24-70 weighs 1KG alone.
