I'd recommend Pink Tattoos too. You can look at their work on Facebook, people recommend them for good reason.

Borneo ink, but they a bit cocky according to some people, I find them OK.
There's a tattoo parlour opposite guardian, first floor at Sunway pyramid side there, the shop area. Behind one academy. Forgot the name. KellyV or something. Lost their biz card.
A friend of mine a tattoo artist but I haven't seen his work much.
Art of Alvin also good, I love his sketches.
