Details of the complaint : Beware of this guy seriously. Maybe going through my original thread link maybe provide some insight of this matter.

First many people will ask why after so long then start a dispute thread. Well until now i was waiting for a item to be postage to me so i was very patient in fact too patient. I was suppose to receive my nzxt fan controller and my silverstone sleeved cables. As from when my orginal thread started he said he posted the item to my address. In fact until now suddenly i realized is like been 3 months why i didnt receive my items. I called him and he said the item was return back home. It was so unlogical because if he had common sense he should have told me that the items got returned. I did not tell me so i wasnt aware until i freaking asked him. At first i taught he didnt actually post it to me he was lying but then he showed me prove he posted it but got returned. Anyhow we agree he meet me up at my area and provide me the items. End of today i only received the sleeved cables ant not the nzxt fan controller inside the postage bag. When i ask him where is it he said maybe at home and he need to find it. I cant bear with him.

Now i want refund of the labour fees, the money that was bank in that he promised to get an extra reservoir and my nzxt fan controller.
Beware of this guy, btw he said i was the reason that he lost his job. Since is a dispute thread i would want anywhone who knew alex wong to tell him to confront this thread and settle this problem as i know he is famous among some members who is surprised of such a person he turned out to be. I also want to know why i am the reason he lost his job because i or even many forum members wt know his side of the story so yah..

I will provide all the bank in receipt by next week and i want my refund at least 50 percent of it cause im really not satisfied. There is no point hiding is name since im not losing anything nor gain anything either. Pls beware of this guy i dont know wt job is he doing know but hope anywhone who encounter him to be carefull...Below is his face so that u guys can identify him

Previous thread is already wt is done so basically it cant be undone. Wt im doing now trying to make it right. I just want to retrieve all my item he promised to send to me thats all for now. I can still bargain for all the components he sold in the name of buying screws, labour fees and etc but its no point also as if he will actually pay me back.

Obviously he wants everybody to stay out of this so no people will know wt he did. We are always call backstabbers when we open up the truth about people.

The funny thing was when he came that day to my area to give hand me over the stuff. He brought someone with him in his car. I bet it was all to cover his ass just in case i started a fight with him. He only came that day when i threaten him them i will use favour from my dad to find out where he stay and bring trouble to his doorstep if he never hand in the stuff asap. Btw if u all know his fb pls pass the link. I want to make sure all his friends and family know about this. He just pretending to be a responsible and good person outside but he is just a scum bag.
Another thing i fell that if the person with him in his car know about this. Is it that his whole family is a bunch of scum bag LOL...

To be honest here i dont hate this guy causes if i did. I will make sure he suffered. The thing is im just dissapointed. If u were a guy who does watercooled pc and if u were a customer who come to you and say "u know wt i dont mind the cost but i wan a awesome looking rig". The most obvious thing is that u will actually produce a good quality work and collect a good labour feed based on what u did. I actually opened up to him and said if i was really happy with his work. I willing to pay him more excluding the labour fees he already took even before completing the rig. The thing i hate most he wasnt transparent with me. Thats wt created this whole mess cause if he just said he couldnt do it. I could have just move on but instead he dragged and wasted my time. Right now im not planning to report him or anything. I just have few tings still left to be settled with him. If the things are settled im going just close down this thread and move on. Cause right now my rig is in good hand with apes so just waiting patiently for them to complete the makeover. Maybe u guys think i should make him pay, report or something but u know wt i not doing that but hoping this thread will help others who encounter or do bussiness with him to be carefull. I believe people can change so hope this guy change seriously i mean with this attitude how far can he go.

As for today i went and pick a fan controller "nzxt sentry 2" and cash amount of RM 200 today from alex at jalan duta tol. He suppose to meet me near my house but unexpected event happen his car overheat and he stopped by near a shell. So i had to go pick up the stuff. Obviously i dont blame him for that as we all know all our cars are not prefect. So as for now i going to conclude this as settled eventhough he have to still pay up some money as compensation for the unresponsible work and expecially all the money that i bank in which he promised to purchase parts but he didnt actually bought them. He did said he will try his best to pay back all the money. Im not sure whether he will keep his word but he if does pay me back that will be helpfull for me at least i can use the money for the makeover at apes.
