the below are funny excuses i got from celcom officers..
1. the maximum sms code sent out by server per day is 2750 sms only.
2. there is no maximum code sent out per day but it is to random number only. means u may not going to receive the code n u gotto keep trying to keep renew the plan till u get the code.
3. gift code server hang that's why u not getting the code.

about the number 1. i have subscribe the plan on 12.00am and 12.01am respectively. but till now still not getting the code. call the officer at 4.30pm to check and she said today the server have sent out around 800 codes, means still got around 1800 codes to deliver out if the number 1 is true.

about the number 2 pula. all my customers including me have received the codes which we subscribed b4 2nd of this month.

number 3 pula, now the server is running smooth according to her info. but, i better wait for the HEAD to confirm 1st. so those who want to get the petrol i advice u to wait for reliable info 1st.

Just got the message redeem RM30 petrol.. yeah.. NSR sure they have repair the server whatever thinggy.

got the redeem code too but still waiting for those subscribe on 2nd and 3rd of feb.

So lets say for that weekend u use up 1.25GB, so will it throttle down the speed or they will use ur 5gb allocation for weekday?

And also i was told by celcom officer at bluecube that their "newphone" thingie, u need to port in to celcom and use the line for 3 mths first then only can take new phone. I am on Maxis now

if not celcom user, must use the plan for min 3 month before can get the phone.
if celcom user more than ( 3-6 month .. not remember) can get the phone after registration..

if u reload rm200 u will get 200 days validity. maximum is 200 days.
