It happens to me as well. Credit gone without notice.

Upon checking online customer service, I found that it silently charge rm1.50 service charge every month. I call up celcom customer service they told me it is a MMS service I subscribed and suggest me to send stopmms to 3 numbers. Doing so did nothing and I'm still getting charge rm1.50 every 28-30 days. Btw, I never received any MMS from the customer service said number which are 33992,33317,33316.

Try STOPMMS instead of stop all. Not always works though.

Can I know if i reload rm100 for magic sim do I get 100 days of credit validity?

If so any idea what is the maximum reload and maximum credit validity for magic sim? I read somewhere it is rm200.
