Looking to buy a second hand car, either proton saga 2010/2013 or Kia spectra 5 2010 ( NOT KIA SPECTRA )

Ignore the resell value. Which one is more sturdier ? Is FC for spectra 5 bad, same goes to the spare parts? I personally prefer spectra 5 but I'm afraid of the maintenance cost. If the FC a is just slightly higher, I'm fine with it.
